The June meeting of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Chapter 1368 will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the DeSoto Club.  Social time is 5:30 – 6:00 pm, followed by dinner, program, and business meeting.  Our speaker will be Representative Bill Sample.

 Representative Sample was elected in 2004 to represent the Hot Springs Village and surrounding area and is currently serving his third and last term in the State Legislature.  He is a local business man owning and operating Pest and Termite Control Service, operating since 1977.  Join us in hearing from Representative Sample about the current status of the State of Arkansas and also what the future may bring.

 The business meeting will include the installation of officers for the ensuing year.  They are: President – Jim Brunskill, 2^nd Vice President – Butch Robbins, Secretary – Barbara Butler, Treasurer – Jerry Harkelroad.  The position of 1^st Vice President has not been filled as of this date.
